There is no data protection officer. The site is run by one person and meets none of the conditions in Article 37 GDPR that would require one, so the address above reaches the person who actually decides what happens to your data — not a queue.
Short version: the calculators do not send anything anywhere. Every number you type is worked out in your own browser and forgotten when you close the tab.
What the calculators do
Nothing leaves your device. There is no account, no login and no sign-up needed to use any tool here. The figures you enter are not logged, not stored and not transmitted — the arithmetic runs in JavaScript on your own machine.
The one exception is the address bar. When you change an input, the tool writes your values into the link so you can copy it and send it to somebody. That link sits in your browser history like any other. If you would rather it did not, clear the query string before you bookmark it.
What the site itself collects
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 counts visits and shows which pages get used. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland nothing is measured until you answer the consent banner; elsewhere measurement is on by default and carries no directly identifying information.
- Advertising. Pages carry Google AdSense. Google may set cookies to limit how often you see the same advertisement and to measure clicks. Where consent is required, the advertising script does not load until you have given it.
- Server logs. The web server records the usual request lines — address, time, user agent — for security and for working out what broke. They are not joined to anything else.
What we never do
We do not sell data, we do not build profiles, and we do not run tracking pixels from social networks. There is no newsletter you did not ask for.
Email, if you ask for it
If you subscribe to the monthly circuit check, we store the address you typed and the settings for that message, and nothing else. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and using it deletes the address rather than flagging it. You can also ask us to delete it by email.
Your choices
Consent for advertising and analytics can be changed at any time from Privacy settings in the footer. Browser-level controls — blocking cookies, private windows, an ad blocker — all work here, and the calculators keep working with every one of them turned on.
Emails you ask us to send
There are no accounts on this site. Nothing you do here is tied to a person, and you never have to identify yourself to use a tool.
The one thing you can give us is an email address, and only by typing it into a reminder or update form yourself.
Why we hold it. To send the one thing you asked for. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you withdraw with the unsubscribe link in every message.

Unsubscribing deletes the address itself, not just a flag on a row.
Cookies. We set no cookie to identify you. What a tool remembers about your last calculation stays in your own browser and never reaches us. Advertising and analytics cookies are separate and governed by the consent banner.
Payments. None. This site sells nothing, takes no payments and has no card data to lose.
Sending email. Reminders and updates go out through ZeptoMail (Zoho), acting as our processor, with servers in the EU. They receive your email address and the message.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. The fastest route to erasure is the unsubscribe link in any message we sent you; for anything else, write to us. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Slovakia, the Office for Personal Data Protection.
International transfers. The server is in the EU. Where a processor is outside the EEA, the transfer runs on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
